Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lead Answered service, operated by Grovebox LLC (“Lead Answered,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, or by sending or receiving text messages through it, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Lead Answered responds to inquiries you submit to businesses (“Contractors”) that use our service. Acting as the Contractor’s assistant, we text you to understand your request, answer basic questions, and help schedule an appointment. We do not perform the Contractor’s underlying services ourselves.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- By providing your mobile number on a Contractor’s form, you consent to receive text messages from us about your request.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email levi@leadanswered.com.
- Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
3. Terms for Contractors (Business Customers)
This Section 3 applies to Contractors — the businesses that subscribe to Lead Answered to respond to their inbound leads. It exists so that all text messaging on the service stays lawful and compliant. If you are a Contractor, you additionally agree that:
- Consent is your responsibility. You must obtain, and keep a record of, valid prior express consent from each individual before that person’s phone number is submitted to the service. You will only submit leads from people who personally requested contact from your business through your own form or channel.
- No cold, purchased, scraped, or rented contacts. You will not submit phone numbers obtained from purchased or rented lead lists, scraped sources, or any third party that did not directly request contact from your business.
- Honor opt-outs. You will not resubmit a number after the individual has opted out (for example, replied STOP), and you will not attempt to circumvent opt-out handling.
- Legal compliance. You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to your messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state telemarketing and “mini-TCPA” laws, and mobile-carrier and industry requirements (including CTIA guidelines and A2P 10DLC / toll-free registration rules).
- Accurate registration information. Any business information you provide for carrier registration and number verification (legal name, address, EIN/BRN, website, use-case description, sample messages, and opt-in details) must be accurate and kept current.
- Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grovebox LLC from any claims, fines, penalties, or damages arising out of the leads you submit, your consent practices, or your failure to comply with this Section 3 or applicable law.
We provide the messaging infrastructure on a registered, opt-out-enabled basis, and we may suspend or terminate the service, or decline to message particular leads, if we reasonably believe messaging would be non-compliant. We do not provide legal advice; you remain responsible for your own compliance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to harass others, or to submit false or misleading information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. No Quotes or Professional Advice
Text messages are for scheduling and general information only. Any pricing is estimated on-site by the Contractor; nothing in a text message is a binding quote or professional advice.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grovebox LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
