I just graduated in Computer Science from Boston University, and I've spent the last 4 years working as a software developer — for early startups and for larger companies. I'm originally from Brazil.

Right now I'm building Lead Answered. It's not that the tools don't exist — most owners already pay for software that could run half the business. Nobody ever sets it up, though, and none of it was built to run by text. So it sits mostly unused while the owner does everything by hand.

Lead Answered is my fix: you run the day-to-day by texting one assistant, Sarah — quotes, scheduling, invoicing, reviews, your website, and more. And I don't hand you an empty tool to figure out; I set it up and build it with you.

I'm not here just to sell you something. Right now my main focus is talking to owners, because the only way to build something genuinely useful is to learn from the people who actually run the business.
